摘要
①目的 探讨病毒感染与儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)发生的关系。②方法 采用PCR及PCR结合酶切的方法 ,分别检测 185例ITP病儿外周血中人微小病毒B19(HPVB19)、人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)、Ep stein Barr病毒 (EBV)和人类第 6型疱疹病毒 (HHV 6 )的感染情况 ,并与 4 0例正常儿童进行比较。③结果ITP病儿外周血单个核细胞中 ,HPVB19、HCMV、EBV和HHV 6的阳性率分别为 37.8%、2 8.1%、2 2 .2 %和4 3.8% ,与对照组相比 ,差异均有极显著性 (χ2 =7.5 6~ 17.2 7,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 儿童ITP的发生与HPVB19、HCMV、EBV和HHV 6病毒感染密切相关。
Objective To elucidate the relationship between infection of virus and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) in children. \ Methods\ Human parvovirus B19,HCMV,EBV and HHV 6 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 185 patients with ITP and 40 healthy children were detected by PCR or PCR combined with restriction enzymes methods. Results\ The positive rates of human parvovirus B19,HCMV,EBV and HHV 6 of 185 patients with ITP were 37.8%,28.1%, 22.2% and 43.8% , respectively,the difference was significant compared with the control group( χ 2= 7.56 - 17.27 ,P < 0.01 ).\ Conclusion The occurrence of ITP in children is closely related to the infection of human parvovirus B19,HCMV,EBV and HHV 6.
