摘要
①目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌外毒素A(PE)对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的作用。②方法 用培养法和MTT法测定PE作用后小鼠脾淋巴细胞的转化率和增殖率。③结果 PE可使小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率增高 ,但不能刺激淋巴细胞的增殖。④结论 PE在一定的浓度下具有增强细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of exotoxin A of pseudomonas aeruginosa (PE) on spleen lymphocytes in mice. \ Methods\ The proliferation and transformation rates of spleen lymphocytes after treated with PE were assayed in vitro through culture and MTT test.\ Results\ PE increased the transformation rate of spleen lymphocytes, but could not stimulate its proliferation.\ Conclusion\ A certain concentration of PE can enhance cell mediated immunity of spleen lymphocytes in mice.
