摘要
①目的 观察平阳霉素局部注射治疗眼睑黄色瘤的效果。②方法 用皮试针头将 4 g/L盐酸平阳霉素注射液 0 .2mL直接注入眼睑瘤病人黄色瘤体内 ,观察疗效。③结果 31例眼睑黄色瘤病人中 1例因瘤体面积大 ,仅注射 1次盐酸平阳霉素而自行放弃 ,余 30例随访观察 3～ 36个月 ,2 9例瘤体全部消失 ,1例复发 ,追加药物注射 2次后瘤体消失。 30例均未出现感染、组织坏死及瘢痕形成等并发症。④结论 平阳霉素局部注射治疗眼睑黄色瘤效果确切 ,方法简便、安全易行、经济有效 。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of local injection of Bleomycin A5 for the treatment of eyelid xanthelasma.\ Methods\ 0.2 mL of 4 g/L Bleomycin A5 was injected directly into the mass of xanthelasma in 31 cases.\ Results All the patients were followed up for 3-36 months, one was given up after one injection due to too big of the tumor space, another one recurred and cured after two more injections, the rest 29 cases were cured. No infection, no tissue necrosis and scar formation were found. \ Conclusion\ Local injection of Bleomycin A5 for xanthelasma is effective, safe , easy to carry out and low cost. It is recommended to be applied clinically.
