摘要
①目的 介绍免疫斑点法对病毒性腹泻病人血清腺病毒抗体检测的效果。②方法 经探索多种实验条件 ,建立了快速、简便、敏感检测病毒抗体的斑点法 ,温度 4 2℃ ,作用时间 2h。③结果 抗原膜可在室温保存2个月以上 ,该法对腺病毒检测具有较好的特异度和灵敏度。④结论 该方法操作简单 ,结果易判断 。
Objective To introduce the effect of immunodot test in detecting adenovirus antibody for patients with viral diarrhoea. Methods\ After studying various conditions of the experiments, the technique of rapid, simple and sensitive immunodot test for viral antibody was established. \ Results\ The result could be acquired in 2 hours when the temperature reached 42 ℃. The antigen membrane could be preserved over 2 months at room temperature.\ Conclusion\ The method is of good specificity and sensitivity for detection of adenovirus. It is an ideal method of laboratory diagnosis and epidemiological survey for patients with adenoviral diarrhea.
