针刺、自主牵引、药物外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observations on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture、Automatic tractionand Herbal medicines for external use on Lumbar Intervertebral Dise Protrusion

目的 :观察针刺、自主牵引、药物外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症 (简称治疗组 )的疗效。方法 :随机分为针刺、自主牵引、药物外敷组和单纯针刺组进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率 94 .1% ,明显高于对照组 75 .8% ,经统计学处理 ,P <0 .0 5 ,具有显著性差异。结论

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture、automatic traction and herbal medicines for external use on lumbar intervertebral protrusion.Methods:Acupuncture、automatic traction and herbal medicines for external use were combined to treat 34 cases of lumbar intervertebral protrusion.A simple acupuncture group was established as a control.The curative effect was observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.1% in the observatioin group and 75.8% in the control group.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two group( P <0.05).Conclusion:A combined acupuncture、automatic traction and herbal medicines for external use treatment is superior to a simple acupuncture treatment.
