摘要
收集27例头颈部恶性肿瘤和48例对照组的血浆作凝血纤溶参数的测定。结果头颈部恶性肿瘤组的抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性(AT—Ⅲ)和α_2纤溶酶抑制物活性(α_2—PI)降低;纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)和纤维蛋白原水平的增高,与对照组比较,有显著差异(P<0.001)。显示头颈部恶性肿瘤组同时有凝血、纤溶机能的亢进。
Parameters of the coagulation and fibrinolysis of the blood were measured in 27 patients with malignant tumor of the head and neck and in 48 healthy adults. The anti—thrombin Ⅲ activity (AT—Ⅲ) and α_2—plasmin inhibitor activity (α_2—PI) were reduced, while the fibrin degradation products (FDP) and the fibrinogen level were increased in the cancer group. Such results differred significantly from those of the healthy adults (P<0.001). suggesting that a hyperfibrinolytic and hypercoagulative state occurred concomitantly in the circulating blood in patients with cancer of the head and neck. The clinical significance of such hypercoagulation and hyperfibrinolysis was discussed.
