摘要
利用H_2O_2—鲁米诺发光体系,研究了广西茶叶水提取物抗活性氧的作用。结果表明茶叶水提取物有明显的抗H_2O_2作用,抗H_2O_2能力的大小分别是:绿茶比红茶强,新茶比陈茶强,广西优质绿茶比一般绿茶强,多数茶第一次水提取物比第二、第三、第四次水提取物强。
The anti-active oxygen effects of the aqueous extracts from of peveral Guangxi tea had been investigated our results show that aqueous extract from tea significantly resists H_2O_2.Such resistance H_2O_2 is different in various typea of tea,green tea is superior to black tea,and fresh tea better than stale tea.Those high-quality tea produced in Guangxi is better than other ordinary green tea.The first aqueous extract from most tea has a stronger resistance against H_2O_2 than the second,the third and the fourth ex- tract.
