摘要
观察了TSSLPN对果蝇寿命、飞翔能力及头部脂褐素含量的影响.结果表明,不论200、400、800mg/L的TSSLPN都能显著地延长果蝇的平均寿命(P<0.05),半数死亡时间及雄性果蝇的最高寿命,显著提高果蝇能飞率(P<0.05)平均每分每只飞翔次数(P<0.01),并能剂量依赖性地降低果蝇头部脂褐素含量,尤其在800mg/L时,其抑制率达37.5％.结果证明,TSSLPN具有抗衰老的作用.
The effects of TSSLPN on the life-span,of the drosphilia,and their flying ability and content of the lipofuscin in the head were investigated.The resulte showed that 200,400,800mg/L of TSSLPN singnificantly prolonged the average life(P<0.05)and median lethal time of the drosphilias. TSSLPN also increased the flying time by an averaage of one minute per drosphilia(P<0.05)and en- hanced markedly the ratie of the flying drosphilia(P<0.01).In addition,TSSLPN could also reduce the content of lipofuscin in the head of the drosphilia,especially when the concentration of TSSLPN increase to 800mg/L,the content of the lipofuscin was reduced by 35.7% as compared to that of the control group.These effects indicate that TSSLPN can delay the process of aging of the drosphilia.
