琥珀酸钠对运动神经末梢自发递质释放的促进

摘要 利用电生理技术,在小鼠离体膈神经膈肌标本上观察广西蛇药的主药藤桔(Pothoschineusis Merr)的主要有效成分琥珀酸钠(SS)对神经肌肉传递的作用。当溶液中SS的浓度为0.2~1.2mmol/L时,均可观察到小终板电位(MEPP)发放频率明显增加,药后20min达峰值,40min后逐渐恢复。这一作用有量效关系。与此同时,终板电位(EPP)的振幅和量子含量,以及肌细胞膜的静息电位未见改变。 By means of intracellular recording technique,the effect on acetylcholine release by Sodium Succinate(SS),the effective principle of“Guangxi Snake-Bite Drug”,was investigated in isolated phrenic nerve diaphragm of mice.The results showed that SS(0.2~1.2 mmol/L)increased the fre- quency of the miniature end-plate potential in a dosage-dependent manner.But,on the other hand the am- plitude and quantal content of the end-plate potential as well as the muscle resting potential remained un- changed.It will need more data to answer whether such facilitation on the spontaneous release of acety choline is related to SS anti-cobra envenomation.
