摘要
作者在非胸腺瘤性重症肌无力(MG)患者外周血单个核细胞中检查了C-myc、kiras和Ha-ras三种癌蛋白的表达和自然杀伤细胞(NK)亚群的状况.结果发现,MG患者外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞中上述三种癌蛋白的阳性率均极显著地高于健康对照组,而患者NK细胞中的Leu 7,11c^+亚群细胞数则显著地低于对照组,提示NK亚群的改变可能与癌蛋白的表达有关.作者认为癌蛋白的高度表达可能与MG患者容易并发胸腺瘤的事实相关.
Expression of C-myc, Ki-ras and Ha-ras oncoproteins and subsets of natural killer(NK) cells in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from myasthenia gravis (MG) patients were studied.The results showed that the positive percentages of these oncoproteins both in the lympho cytes and monocytes from MG patients were significantly increased, as compared with the healthy con trols.On the other hand, the number of Leu-7^-, 1lc^+ subset of NK cells in MG patients was significant ly decreased as compared with the controls.These results suggest that such decrease of Leu-7^-, 11c^+ cells may be associated with the increase of the expression of oncoproteins in MG patients.The possible mechanism and clinical significance on the expression of oncoproteins in PBMC from MG patients were discussed.It is believed that such high expression of oncoproteins in PBMC might be linked with the high incidence of thymoma in MG patients.
