摘要
本文仅以微电子工业的发展对空气洁净技术提出的要求为中心,介绍了国外在分子态化学污染控制、高洁净度微环境控制、新型洁净产品开发以及大型洁净室运行节能等方面,在近几年中的技术进展。
Based on the requirement by microelectronics industry development to the air clean technology, the technological progress is described in molecule chemical contamination control, high clean minienvironment control, new type clean products development and energy saving in large clean-room operation.
