摘要
140例中晚期肿瘤用华明阿霉素治疗(华明组),100例用进口阿霉素治疗(进口组),两组疗效比较,无显著差异,两组的毒副反应比较也无明显的差异.实验表明华明制药厂的阿霉素可以代替进口阿霉素,在我国临床推广应用.
140 cancer patients in the middle-advanced stage were treated with the Huaming Adri amycim(Huaming Group)and 100 cancerr patients of similar stage were treated with the imported Adri amycim (Imported Group).There was no significant difference between the two groups in their therapeu tic effectiveness and toxic reactions.Thus the Adriamycim made by Huaming Pharmacy Factory can ere place the imported Adriamycim.
