摘要
硼氮复合渗具有渗速快、渗层深、渗层性能好、渗剂价格低廉、表面光洁等优点。因先期渗入的氮原子所起的有益作用 ,能有效地改善表层Fe2 B相的致密度 ,并在表层形成致密的碳氮化合物 ,增加硼化物的深度 ,从而提高了渗层的耐磨性、耐蚀性和抗热疲劳性能。 4 5钢经硼氮共渗可代替不锈钢制造盐酸阀芯 ,长期使用无明显腐蚀 ,现场应用效果显著。
The boronitriding possess has advantages of fast speed, deep case layer, excellent property, cheap cost, and bright surface, etc. Because of nitrizing firstly, the compactness of the Fe 2 B phase on the surface is improved effectively, the compactive carbon nitrogen compounds are formed on the surface, and the boronic compounds layer is deepened; so the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and hot fatigue resistance are improved. The steel 45 after boronitriding could be substituted for stainless steel to make the valve core for the hydrochloric acid, which can use for a long time without obvious corrosion, and the effect is remarkable.
