摘要
介绍一种提取花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)的新方法.用少量甲醇提取花生油AFB_1,然后将提取液挥干,再用三氟醋酸进行衍生化,最后用流动相溶解,进行高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定.该方法具有简单、快速、准确、经济和稳定等优点.平均回收率为94.23%,灵敏度为8.0×10~4μmol/kg.另外甲醇提取液也可用于薄层层析法进行AFB_1测定.
A new method for the extraction of aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1) from the peanut oil is described.AFB_1 in the peanut oil is extracted by methanol.Then the methanol extract is evaported to dryness at 65℃ on a water bath.The residue is derivated by trifluoroacetic acid, and then evaported to dryness and dissolved with mobile phase liquid.The AFB_1 sample is analyzed quantitatively by high performance liq uid chromatography(HPLC).The average recovery rate is 94.2% and its sensitivity is 8.0×10^(-4)μmol/ kg.This method is very simple, quick, accurate and economic.The AFB_1 in the methanol extract also can be analyzed by thin layer chromatography(TLC).
