摘要
气体辅助注射成型中熔体前沿等速推进是获得良好表面品质的前提 ,基于流变学理论 ,推导出使熔体前沿等速推进的压力控制方程 ,并应用计算机模拟技术研究了该方程参数的主要影响因素。
The constant flow front speed is the prerequisite for acquiring good surface quality in gas-assisted injection molding. Based on the rheological theory, the pressure control equation of constant flow front speed was concluded. And factors affccting the parameter of the pressure control equation were studied by means of computer simulation.Its analgsis results match with the experimenfal rerults in some refereuces.
