摘要
从注塑成型的角度讨论了与翘曲变形有关的因素 ,从数值模拟的角度论述了翘曲变形计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析的数学模型和数值算法 ,最后从应用的角度 。
Factors associated with warpage were discussed based on injection moulding.Math model and numerical calculation for the CAE analysis for warpage were reviewed according to the numerical simulation.Application of CAE analysis for warpage is illustrated.
