密闭式滴眼便携盘的研制与临床应用

Manufacturing of Sealed Eye Drop Portable Plate and Clinical Application

目的缩短护理人员应用滴眼操作时间 ,避免滴眼液外溢 ,减少细菌污染。方法采用不锈钢材料制作成密闭式滴眼便携盘 (下称便携盘 )。抽取 30名临床护士进行操作效果观察。结果应用便携盘滴眼时间明显缩短(与应用治疗盘比较 ,t=4 .93,P <0 .0 1) ,滴眼液外溢率及滴眼液表面菌落数显著低于应用治疗盘 (χ2 =8.37、t=2 .82 ,均P <0 .0 1)。结论将滴眼操作用物置于便携盘 ,取用方便 ,避免了滴眼液从瓶口外溢 ,减少了细菌污染机会 ,同时提高了护理人员的工作效率。

Objective To shorten the time for nurses doing eye drop, avoid eye drops from overflowing from eye and to reduce pollution by tiny particles in the air. Methods A self made sealed eye drop portable plate was used. Thirty clinical nurses who could do eye drop skillfully were subjected to self control trials. Results The eye drop time was obviously shortened ( t =4.93, P <0.01), the eye drop overflow rate and the bacteria quantity on the eye drops surface were significantly lower with the usage of portable plate than with the usage of traditional device ( χ 2= 8.37, t =2.82,both P <0.01). Conclusion The sealed eye drop portable plate can be used conveniently and save time, avoid eye drops from overflowing and bacteria pollution, thus enhancing the efficiency of the nurse staff.
