摘要
目的 :探索大学生心理素质课程教育的可行性、有效性和情感心理与性心理健康课程教育方法的适合性。方法 :运用认知学习、行为主义、人本主义等心理教育与辅导的原理 ,采用知识讲授、行为指导、情景扮演、互助讨论、自我发现与完善等启发指导性、互动性、情景式的综合教学方法开展课程教育。结果 :大学生对课程教育的内容、形式和时间安排持积极肯定性 (很满意、较满意 )评价者分别为 90 5 %、65 0 %和 83 4% ,认为总体效果很满意、较满意者达 92 8% ;其中“情景互动式”的“心理情景剧”教学内容和形式最优选择频数加权总和排序为第一。同时提出改进教学内容、形式等方面 11项积极的建设性意见。结论 :课程教育是开展心理素质教育的有效途径 ,启发指导性、互动性、情景式的综合教育方法有助于促进大学生情感心理与性心理健康发展。课程教育中应注重教育内容和形式的协调统一 ,不断改进教学方法 。
Objective To explore the possibility and effectiveness of educational course of mental-quality,as well as its suitability for psychological health of affection and sex of university students.Methods Eclectic educational methods of guidance,enactment,scene were used such as presentation,behavior guidance,role play,discussion each other,self-finding and perfection.Results University students who evaluated positively about content,form,arrangement was 90.5%,65.0%,83.4%,and who rated the total effectiveness as satisfactory was 92.8%.Psychodrama listed No.1 in the order of the best frequency selected.Moreover,they gave 11 positive and constructive suggestions about improvement of educational content and form.Conclusion Educational course is an effective way to develope mental-quality,the eclectic method is beneficial for development of psychological health of affection and sex for university students.Attention must be paid to the coordination between content and form to constantly improve the methods and raise effectiveness in educational course.
