摘要
综合近年来有关帕金森病 (PD)细胞移植治疗方面的文献 ,目的在于探讨哪些细胞更适合于移植 ,评价了常用移植细胞的优缺点 ,并认为神经干细胞是较为理想、潜力巨大的移植治疗细胞 。
This article reviewed cell transplantation for Parkinson disease (PD),evaluated the advantages and defects of several kinds of cells,and concluded that neural stem cell(NSC) is a good and promising selection for transplantation in treating PD.
