摘要
个人需要产生不同的英语学习动机 ,动机的高低决定了英语学习的好坏和态度。动机的激发和保持需要一定的内因和外因来支撑。
The article tries to find a new way for the present English instruction from psychological perspective. Motivation which is based on individual need can drive students to learn English actively and lastingly and it will be very helpful to English teaching if we English teachers know how to stimulate and keep it.
