A Discussion on the Relation between China's Law Education and the Unified Jud icial Examination

实施统一司法考试是我国司法改革的一项重大举措,将对我国法学教育产生直接影响。从法学教育与统一司法考试的性质和目的来看,它们是既有区别又相互联系的两个问题,二者之间应构筑起一种良性互动关系,而不是直接接轨。这种良性互动关系的基础建立,必须从原则、体制和方法等不同层次和角度着眼,才能最终形成。

As an important measure in China's judicial reform, the implementation of Unified Judicial Examination will produce an immediate effect on the educati on of law in China. Based on an analysis of the nature and the purpose of the tw o areas, the essay thinks that there is difference and as well as relation betwe en the two. Negating the idea of directly getting the two in line with each othe r, the essay proposes that a relation of beneficent interaction between the two should be constructed, advancing its own views in respect of the principle, syst em, and approach.
