摘要
中小学校是保护儿童基本权利的重要基地。应根据我国基础教育发展的新要求,研制贯彻《公约》的实施方略,以通晓儿童应享权利为切入点,转变教育观念,改善教育行为,让所有儿童的生命质量、人格力量都能得到提升,获得身心全面健康发展和综合素质的整体提高。
In this article,general plans of implementing CRC are studied together with the present situation of our basic education.In the process of implementation,thoroughly understanding children's rights should be taken as the incision.Educational ideas needed to be changed and educational behavior improved so that all children's life quality and power of personality can be promoted and their mental and physical development and comprehensive qualities can be overall improved.
