摘要
就《地质资料管理条例》中的法律责任 (行政处罚 ) ,对相关行政处罚基本概念、实施步骤与方式及违反地质资料管理条例的违法行为和处罚方式等几方面做了介绍。意在使地质矿产主管部门在地质资料管理工作中 ,进一步依法治档、依法行政 ,做到有法必依、执法必严、违法必究。
Based on the legal liabilities separated from the Regulations Concerning the Management of Geological Data,the basic concepts,implementation process and manners,and behaviors of breaking the regulations and its punishment manners are presented in the text. The presentation is aimed at managing the geological data in accordance with the law.
