摘要
通过研究黑龙江省森林沼泽景观区有机水系沉积物 (泥炭 )、土壤中 As,Sb,Bi的测定结果 ,发现样品中的有机质对王水消解氢化物原子荧光法测定上述元素存在极大的干扰 ,提出采用低温 (<45 0°C)灰化处理可完全消除干扰。对比研究还发现 ,过去森林沼泽景观区的区域化探扫面资料中的 As,Sb,Bi数据存在问题 ,应专门对其进行评价研究。
The samples of soils and organic stream sediments in forest swamp terrain are analyzed for As,Sb,Bi by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HGAFS) following different pre processing procedures.The results show that organic matter in samples can possess a great interference on the results by HGAFS following aqua regia,but the impact can be eliminated by igniting the samples below 450°C.The comparison of previous results of As,Sb,Bi from the regional geochemistry national reconnaissance project(RGNR) of China with the results in our study indicates that the RGNR data of As,Sb,Bi are problematic.To better use the data from RGNR,it is highly recommended that the collected samples in the project should be reanalyzed by pretreatment of sample ashing.
