摘要
针对目前金刚石钻头热压烧结过程中存在的稳定性差、可靠性低等问题 ,研制了金刚石钻头热压烧结微机自动控制系统 ,成功地解决了以上问题。该系统包括硬件设计改造和软件编程两大部分 ,硬件改造部分主要是改进中频炉和红外测温仪的接口 ,使之可以顺利与计算机进行数据交换 ;软件部分主要是设计过程的控制软件 ,使得计算机可以按照预先设定好的程序进行工作 ,避免了人工操作可能带来的手工误差。
On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the conventional hot pressing, this paper presents a solution, which is by adopting computer to control sintering parameters of diamond bits. The system of hot pressing controlled by computer for sintering diamond bits includes hardware design and controlling software.In hardware middle frequency stove and infrared thermometer interface are improved so that they can exchange data with computer.While in software process controlling program is developed so that the computer can work according to the prepared program,and thus errors from man operation can be avoided.
