一个基于网络的两轴运动控制系统设计与实现

A Design and Realization of Web-based Two-axes Motion Control System

基于网络的运动控制技术是当前网络制造的关键技术之一。本文在CH语言环境下设计了一个服务器/浏览器系统。通过编写供CH调用的动态连接库,利用脚本语言CH编写CGI程序与运动控制器建立通讯,实现对多轴运动控制系统的网络控制和调试,取得了很好的试验效果。

Webbased motion control system is one of the key technologies of the web manufacture.In this paper,a server/browser system is designed with the language of CH.The DLL and CGI program of CH are edited to establish the communication with the motion controller,and the webbased control of multiaxes motion control system is realized.The experiment results show that this method is feasible and effective.
