One Data Organization Model for GIS System of Power Network Based on Object-oriented Technology

针对传统GIS系统的三层空间数据组织模型在开发电力配网GIS系统时的不足,利用面向对象的思想,提出了一种新的数据组织模型,并给出了在关系数据库中实现该模型及建立空间索引的方法.该数据组织模型能较好地符合配网系统,且对配水网、公路网等系统的开发也有一定的应用价值.

This paper describes the defaults of the traditional GIS system's three layers spatial data organization model when it is used to develop the GIS system for power network. We take advantage of the object-oriented idea to propose a new data organization model. Moreover we give a method to realize the model and how to set up the spatial index in relational database. This new data organization model can be well applied to the power network system, and has good application value to water supply network system, road network system and so on.\;
