摘要
本文探讨了烧碱—亚钠—甲醛—蒽醌法(以下简称ASFP—AQ法)在麦草浆蒸煮深度脱木素的实验中,有效提高细浆得率,未漂浆白度降低其硬度的最佳蒸煮工艺条件,并用单段次氯酸盐漂白检验其漂白性能。为中小型造纸企业降低污染负荷,提高环境效益做了有益的探索。
This paper explores ASFP (Alkaline Sodium-sulfite Formaldehyde pulp) of wheat straw using anthraquinone (AQ).The experiment of extensive lignin removal through evaporating wheat straw pulp shows that the additive of formaldehyde can improve fine pulping yield effectively,enhance brightness of unbleached pulp and decrease kapa numbers.And the optimum technical condition is found.This is an effective mothod to reduce pollution for small-middle-sized businsss.
