摘要
研究了采用双水相法从未过滤的全发酵液中萃取泰乐菌素。通过单因素实验确定了萃取pH,无机盐和聚乙二醇的种类。通过均匀设计最终选择以14%PEG4000和20%Na2HPO4构成双水相体系。小试实验结果表明,以双水相萃取泰乐菌素的总收率是52 4%,工艺省略了过滤,只需调节一次pH,简化了提取过程,提高了泰乐菌素的活性。
Extracting tylosin from whole broth extraction with aqueous two-phase system(ATPS) has been studied.The pH value for recovery,the kind of PEG and inorganic salt are selected by single-factor experiments.The aqueous two-phase system that consists of 14% PEG4000 and 20% Na2HPO4 is established by uniform design experiment.The yield rate was 52.4% by ATPS on small laboratory scale.Although the yield rate was lower than that by single-stage organic solvent extraction,this method omits filtration,and pH value is only adjusted once,which increases the tylosin activity.
