摘要
简要介绍了Mathematica的数值分析功能(包括曲线拟合、函数逼近与插值、傅里叶变换、数值积分、数值微分、最优值、代数方程的数值解等),并利用Mathematica的数值分析功能建立了固态酒精发酵过程的动力学模型和玉米秸秆粉SSF工艺发酵条件优化与间歇发酵动力学模型,为确定最优工艺条件和实现生产过程的自动控制提供了理论分析.
This paper briefly introduces the numerical calculus function of Mathematica,including curvilinear fitting,function approximant and interpolation,Fourier transform,numberical integration,numerical differentiation,numberical solution of algcbraic equation).We have established the kinetic model of the solid state alcohol fermentation process and the cornstalk flour SSF technology fermented condition optimizing and intermittent fermentation by using the numerical calculus function of Mathematica.We have offered the theoretical analysis for determining optimal technology condition and achieving production process autocontrol.
