摘要
研究了用腺苷三磷酸(ATP)引发烟草种子后种子活力及生理生化的变化,并筛选出ATP浸种的最佳浓度和时间。结果表明,用5~10mg/L的ATP溶液浸种1~5d能够提高烟草种子的发芽率、种子活力,缩短出苗时间;处理后的种子浸出液的电导率大幅度下降,过氧化物酶、脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酯酶活性均显著提高。以10mg/L浓度ATP溶液处理烟草种子1d,效果最好。
The changes of seed vigor and physiological and biochemical indexes of tobacco seeds after soaking by ATP were studied.The result s showed that the germination percentage and seed vigor of tobacco were in-creased,the germination time was shorten after seeds were soaked in ATP solution of 5~10mg /L for 1~5days.Compared with the control,the electric conductivity of seed leachate was decreased obviously and the activities of peroxidase,dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase were increased significantly.The treatment of tobacco seeds soaked in ATP solution of 10mg /L for one day got the best result.
