摘要
人力资源已逐渐超过物质资源 ,成为现代企业的核心资源 ,但我国人力资源管理部门仍局限于传统的人事管理。应通过结构重组、流程再造、业务外包及新技术的应用等途径来提高我国金融企业人力资源管理部门职能的有效性。
Human resources have gradually gained a more significant weight than material resources and become core resources for modern firms, however management department for human resources in China is still limited to traditional personnel management. It is by means of restructure, flow reconstruction, outsider contraction of transactions and application of new technology, etc. to improve the effectiveness of the function of management department of human resources in financial firms in China.
