摘要
研究了不同电阻率-温度效应的导电硅橡胶在电-热平衡态下的直流电流-电压特性。结果表明,具有不同电阻率-温度效应的导电硅橡胶在一定的电压范围内对欧姆定律的偏离趋势不同。主要原因是通电后自发热现象引起导电硅橡胶温度升高,使其产生不同的电阻率变化趋势所致。
