摘要
目前世界上通行的制罐生产线采用Cincinty标准处理方式,罐的化学处理方法有磷酸铬和非铬处理两种。本文介绍国外DI罐的处理工艺及其机理,并分析了其未来发展趋势。
Two-piece Cans or DIcans that currently, adopted in the world are divided into Al-DI can and Sn-plating steel Dlcan. They are manufactured on the line by cincinty standard treatment. Chemical conversion coating can be obtained by chromium phosphate or non-chromium treatment. In this paper, treatment process of DI cans has been introduced in detail, including treatment mothod, mechanism and its development trend in the future.
