本文根据广州乙烯工程的特点及广东省市场的情况,提出抽余碳四馏份的分离和化工利用应注意的原则,并建议将异丁烯水合制叔丁醇,再氧化酯化生产甲基丙烯酸甲醋。将正丁烯水合制仲丁醇,再脱氢生产甲乙酮,或氧化制顺酐再经低压酯氢化法生产1,4—丁二醇系列产品。
According to the features of the Guangzhou Ethylene Project and Guangdong market, a principle has been put forward to isolate and utilize carbon-4 distillate, The paper suggests to hydrate iso-butylene to make tertiary butanol, and then oxidize and esterify to make methyl methacrylate; to hydrate n-butylene to make sec-butanol, and then dehydrogenate to make methyl-ethyl ketone, or to oxidize to make maleic anhydride and then through low-pressure esterification hydrogenation to make 1, 4-butan-diol series products.
