偏置直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构的优化设计

The Optimization Design of Plate Cam Mechanism with Roller Follower

本文建立了偏置直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构,以压力角为优化目标的优化设计模型,采用约束随机方向法进行优化求解,用fortran语言编程。并给出了一个设计例子。

Aiming at overcoming shortcomings of traditional design method of cam mechanism, this paper puts forward an optimization design method to design pressure angle of plate cam mechanism with roller follower, which is deviated from the camshaft, for rectilinear motion.It is shown that the method is feasible.
