政府艺术管理职能“错位论”源于中国的政治经济体制改革 ,是一些学者套用经济改革领域的基础概念研究文化领域改革现象得出的结论。由于文化事业单位与企业单位固有的差异性 ,以“错位论”指导艺术表演团体改革存在严重的理论局限 ,它的基本结论超越现实条件 ,无法就艺术表演团体改革的特殊性与社会政治经济体制改革的普遍性之间的关系问题作出正确的回答。

Dislocationism”of government function in literature and art administration originated from the structural reform of politics and economy in China. It is a conclusion drawn by some scholars through mechanical application of basic concepts in economic field in their research of literature and art phenomena. As there exists decided difference between cultural institutions and enterprises, there are mortal limitations in guiding the reform of art performance groups with “dislocationism”. Its basic conclusion surpasses real conditions, failing to give a correct answer to the relationship between the particularity of the reform of art performance groups and the universality of the structural reform of politics and economy.
