南海海绵Gellius Cymiformis中的一个新神经酰胺

A NEW CERAMIDE FROM THE SPONGE GELLIU CYMIFORMIS OF SOUTH CHINA SEA

从中国南海海绵 Gellius Cymiformis(Esper)中首次分离到一个新的神经酰胺 Gecymiamide—A(I),通过各种波谱分析推导其化学结构。

A new ceramide—Gecymiamide—A was isolated by calumn chromatographies of silica gel and sephadex—LH_(20) from the Sponge Gelliu Cymiformis (Esper) collected from South China See.Its structure was identified based on the data of IR,~1HNMR an MS and comparing the data with those of Isisamide—A.It is first found to exist in the marine sponge studies.
