The history,Which is about the development of human beings,has proved that material is the base that human beings rely on to subsist and develop,is the milestone that stands for the deveopment of human civilization,it is with energy and information which are called the three basic pillars of modern civilization.Modern society faces the overexploitment and dificiency of the limited natural resources and the serious polution of the environment,people should practice the policies which are fit to our own material development and all of these policies must be according to a main stralegic idea,that is sustainable development.
