摘要
介绍了广泛存在于三峡地区的20种代茶植物,并就代茶的性味以及所起的药理功能作了相应说明。
Twenty types of tea substitues in the Three Gorges Area were introduced. Their tasties and pharmaceutical functions were also introduced.
