摘要
Higher professional and vocational education is an important part of our national higher education. It is vocational technology education, the aim of which is to develop technological and practical talents for the production front in its trade. In order to achieve this aim, the traditional developing pattern for discipline-model and knowledge-model talents must be reformed in higher professional education. Practical teaching links should be reinforced; and the developing and training of post skills should be strengthened. Through research and exploration for 5 years in fruit tree speciality, the author sums up a practical teaching system and method, a system of evaluating practical teaching quality and related measures for ensuring practical teaching. All of these are good for the students to develop professional skills.
