本文依据现代政治学的有关理论和方法,对内地中央政府与香港特别行政区政府的角色与职能进行初步比较,并在此基础上,对未来市场经济条件下内地中央政府角色和职能的调整提出了若干建议。

According to the theory and method of modern political science,the author makes a comparision of the role and functions between the centual government of China and the government of Hongkong Special Administrative District,gives some advice to adjest the role and functions of centual government of China.
