摘要
叙述了白酒糟综合利用的发展与现状,包括利用白酒糟提取复合氨基酸及微量元素、制取甘油、提取植酸和植酸钙镁(菲汀)、培养食用菌、酿醋和生产饲料技术。通过已报道技术的对比分析,可见在解决酒糟对环境污染的同时又取得较大的经济效益的最优技术是首先提取植酸和植酸钙镁(菲汀),然后再利用酒糟生产高蛋白多酶菌体饲料。
Described Present situation and evolution of comprehensive utilization from spirit-based distillers' grains, including extraction of compound amino acid and trace element, preparation of glycerin, extraction of phytic acid and phytin, culture of edible fungi, vinegar making and preparation of feed by using spirit based distillers' grains. Through study and references, the optimum technology on both area of the abatement against distillers' grains pollution and economical benefit was preparation of protein rich and multi enzymes containing feed thallus from distillers' grains after extraction of phytic acid and phytin.
