摘要
以超高分子量聚乙烯为聚合物基体材料,以氯化钠为无机填充物,压制成型为片材,然后溶解填充材料,制备微孔材料,并表征了微孔材料的性能。通过实验研究了氯化钠添加量和粒度对微孔形成的影响,获得最佳工艺参数:使用最佳填充量50%的100目的NaCl,制备的微孔片材的水通量为20g/min,平均孔径约130μm。
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) was used as basic resin, sodium chloride was used as diluents, moulding the membrane, extracting the diluents,producing microporous materials, testing characteristics of the microporous materials. The effects of amount of containing sodium chloride and granularity of sodium chloride on microporous formation were studied. Optimized technologic parameters were obtained.
