浅析我国频遭国外歧视性反倾销的原因及应对之策

A Discussion on Causes for Repeated Discriminative Anti-Dumping Against China and Our Counter-Measures

随着我国经济快速增长和我国已经加入世界贸易组织,国外掀起了对我国反倾销的浪潮。目前中国已成为西方国家反倾销的主要对象,西方国家对华采取不公平的歧视性做法,使中国出口贸易受阻,经济遭受损失。面对这种情况,主要应从以下几个方面着手:实现出口市场多元化和"走出去"的战略;政府应建立健全反倾销应诉机制;建立、完善行业协会组织;建立灵活善变的企业经营策略。以此维护国家和企业的利益,将遭受反倾销而带来的损失控制在一定范围内。

With the rapid and continuous increase of China's economy, after her entry into WTO for one more rear,there is a strong wave of anti-dumping against China abroad.For the moment China has become the main anti-dump-ing object of the western countries and it makes the export trade of the China unsmooth.China gets heavy economic loss due to the an unfair and discriminative action against China about anti-dumping matters.The paper analyses the current situations of anti-dumping and the main characteristics.It analyses the motivations and reasons of anti-dumping to Chinese goods by foreign countries on great scale.It include suggestion of specific countermeasures that China should take to address the issue.\;
