摘要
中国管理制度创新面临的是传统文化相对滞后的矛盾,"人治"和"集权"已是造成这种人文矛盾困扰的深层原因,而进行文化创新是走出人文矛盾困扰的途径。
The innovation of China's management system is confronted with the contradiction of the traditional culture backwardness. Democracy and centralization have been the deep reasons of it. Culture innovation is the way-out to the contradiction.
