摘要
国内对现代企业制度的讨论,大都是基于20世纪八十年代对现代企业的解释,但没有考虑时代背景、外部经济环境变迁,将公司制等同于现代企业制度。现代企业是一个动态的发展的概念,在不同的时代背景和社会经济环境下有不同的组织形式、特征,与之相适应现代企业制度不能仅仅局限于某一种制度,而是适应现代市场经济需求的动态的制度体系。
Most discussion about modern enterprise system (MES) is based on explanations in 80's last century. Without consideration about the changes of the times and the economical environment, the corporation governance is thought to be equal to the MES. Modern enterprise is a dynamic concept. It has different organizational forms and characteristics in different times and economic environment. MES is not only confined on one kind of system, on the contrary, it is a series of dynamic systems.
