摘要
企业培训管理是增长员工知识、提高员工工作能力的锐利武器,在许多著名企业已成为企业管理的重要内容.但在我国大多数企业却存在着对培训管理的认识有误区、没有形成完整的培训体系、培训工作缺乏科学性、重知识与技能培训而轻思想与心理培训、培训费用不足等问题。针对这些问题对我国企业培训管理的几种模式:常规型模式、应急型模式、提高型模式、素质型模式进行了分析和探讨。
Training management is an effective way to enrich employee's knowledge and improve their working ability. It has become an important part in many famous enterprises. But there still remain a lot of problems in enterprises in China.Such as follows:there is misunderstanding about it,there is no complete system,it lacks of scientific nature, the training expense is insufficient,ect. In accordance with these problems,the paper analyze the several models:regular model,advanced model and quality model.
