Facing to the intensive competence of foreign high quality chemical fertilizers under the entry of WTO, it has been an urgency for chemical fertilizer industry to utilize 5-year protection period to reorganize enterprises and promote their core-compentence. The paper put forward a new method of Chain Coalition in fertilizer marketing and introduce operation mode of supply chain & logistic management so as to reduce costs, improve management level and acquire competence advantages.
