University Teachers and Quality of Humanities

我国高等教育正在从科学教育为主向科学教育与人文教育的融合转变。提升大学教师的人文素质,培养具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质人才,已经成为当前推进素质教育的重要课题。文章提出了大学教师与人文素质的关系,提升大学教师人文素质,将科学精神与人文精神在教学实践中相互渗透,升华思想境界,树立对国家、对民族的高度责任感,形成和谐的个人同外界的关系,对于大学历史使命与民族的文化创新都有重要影响。

Higher education in our country now is changing from scientific education to the mixture of arts education and scientific education.Improving art quality and cultivating high quality talents with awareness and ability of innovation have been becoming an important project to promote quality education. This article puts forward the relationship between university teachers and arts qualities,promoting university teachers' arts quality,penetrating scientific and art spirit into teaching practice,raising boundary of thoughts,establishing high responsibility to the nation and the nationality forming harmonious relation between individual and the outside--all these play an important role in historical mission of university and in cultural innovation.
